  • Hyaluronic Injectable Fillers

Botox® and Dysport® are ideal for patients that would like to temporarily tame dynamic wrinkles as well as patients seeking wrinkle prevention. Hyaluronic fillers are best suited for wrinkles caused by sun damage but can help smooth nearly any unwanted lines thanks to a wide range of available formulas. Dr. Karolak will help determine what’s right for you at the time of your initial consultation.

What Results Will I See?*

While some immediate improvement can be seen after injectable treatments, most patients are happiest with their results in 2-5 days. Neurotoxin-based injectables such as Botox® and Dysport® can temporarily relax crow’s feet, forehead lines, and glabellar wrinkles for 3-4 months or more. Hyaluronic fillers plump and hydrate the skin from within for 6-24 months. Injectables are safe and effective as needed to maintain lasting results.

Dr. Karolak performs all injectable procedures in-office to ensure an optimal outcome. As a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, he’s able to use his unparalleled experience and expertise to produce natural-looking results you’ll love.

Is There Any Downtime?

When using injectables to treat forehead lines, there is typically no downtime involved. You may experience some slight redness, swelling, tenderness, and in rare cases bruising at or around the injection site. However, side effects are typically short-lived and can be covered with a light coating of makeup immediately following treatment. Most patients are able to return to their normal day-to-day activities directly after treating their forehead wrinkles.
